The Center for Dispute Resolution (CDR) will present Parenting Coordination Training all day in Plaster Student Union, Room 400. This training provides an overview of the new professional role of parenting coordination and begins to prepare participants to serve as parenting coordinators. This comprehensive training will include subject areas outlined in the 2005 AFCC Guidelines for Parenting Coordination. Dr. Robin M. Deutsch is the principal trainer for this event. She is a psychologist and director of forensic services of the Children and the Law Program at Massachusetts General Hospital and an assistant professor at Harvard Medical School. The theatre and dance department will present Performing Arts Institute Summer Program on the Missouri State Campus. This is a unique opportunity for high school juniors, seniors and graduating seniors admitted as theatre or dance majors to further their explorations of the many aspects of the performing arts. July 16-20
The Center for Conflict and Dispute Resolution will present Civil and Family Mediation Training from 8:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. This training will begin to prepare participants to conduct civil and family meditations.
